Cancellation & Returns

The consumer has the right to revoke the contract in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person whose primary purpose for entering into a legal transaction cannot be attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity: You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Topeza GmbH) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

• Please return items as an insured parcel with tracking to the address above – not as an uninsured package. If an uninsured package is lost, you must prove that you handed over the goods to the transport service provider of your choice; without proof, no refund or exchange is possible.
• Please enclose a copy of your invoice or a completed return form with your parcel so that we can credit your order and arrange for the return shipment accordingly.
• Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
• Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components if possible. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. When returning hazardous goods, please ensure that the original packaging still has the legally required shipping label.
• Please do not return any goods to us. If you wish to return a shipment, please contact our customer service in advance so that we can assist you with the return and minimize your costs.
• Please note that points 1-5 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

* Please note that Solarfantasie does not accept unstamped or cash-on-delivery shipments for postal returns and does not cover the costs of shipping or return shipping.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
