Shipping Information

  • Delivery area

    We currently deliver within Germany.

  • Warehouse pickup

    You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Pfungstadt (D-64319).

  • Shipping

    • For orders where items are shipped as bulky goods or by freight forwarder. Small and light items (accessories, micro-inverters) are shipped as DPD parcels.
    • For orders where items are shipped by parcel service, we charge a shipping fee of €5.99 (incl. 0% VAT).
    • 1-2 solar modules are shipped as bulky goods (GEL, shipping calculated at checkout, incl. 0% VAT). The solar modules are individually packaged and delivered to the curbside along with the accessory package.
    • Orders with 3 or more solar modules are shipped by freight forwarder. In this case, the modules are not individually packaged but delivered on a pallet (max. 6 modules per pallet) – also to the curbside.

  • Pickup at warehouse

    • You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Pfungstadt (D-64319). To do this, select "Pickup" as the shipping method in the shopping cart. As soon as the order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with the warehouse address. Your order will then be ready for pickup for three working days.
    • Pickup is possible Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 4 PM. At least two people are required to load the modules. Therefore, please bring extra help, as our logistics partner unfortunately cannot assist with this.
    • Please ensure that your vehicle has sufficient space for the modules. The modules are provided unpackaged. Therefore, ensure safe transport with the help of a blanket or similar. The remaining components are in a box.
