BLUETTI EP760 + B500 Home Storage: The Powerhouse for Your Home

The BLUETTI EP760 is not a product for your balcony – it's a fully-fledged three-phase home storage system for rooftop PV systems. Combined with the B500 expansion battery, it creates a scalable energy system for households with heat pumps, electric cars, and a desire for high self-consumption.

BLUETTI EP760: What's Behind It?

The EP760 is a three-phase hybrid inverter with integrated storage control. It can be connected directly to solar modules (DC input) and to external B500 battery storage units. The base capacity with one B500 is 4.96 kWh; with four B500s, you reach 19.84 kWh.

Technical Data EP760

  • Inverter power: 7.6 kW (three-phase)
  • DC input: max. 6,500 watts (for PV modules)
  • Warranty: 10 years on inverter, 5 years on battery
  • Communication: WLAN, Bluetooth, RS485

B500 Expansion Battery

The B500 is a 4.96 kWh LiFePO4 battery that connects modularly to the EP760. For a rooftop PV system of 8–10 kWp, we recommend at least two B500 units (approx. 10 kWh) to adequately cover even overcast days.

Who is the EP760 suitable for?

The BLUETTI EP760 is ideal for homeowners with a rooftop PV system of 5 kWp or more, households with a heat pump or electric car, and anyone aiming for high self-sufficiency (over 70%). Installation is carried out by an electrician.

Price and Conclusion

The BLUETTI EP760 + B500 combination starts from approx. 3,000 to 4,000 Euros. This is less than comparable systems from Sonnen or Sungrow – with equivalent quality. A clear recommendation for homeowners with a PV system.
